PHOTO DAY PROCEDURES:
We want to make your photos day as quick and efficient as possible! To do this we need your help in just a couple of areas. Please read and follow these simple instructions and photo day will be a snap!
- HAVE YOUR TEAM AT THE PHOTOGRAPHY
LOCATION 15-30 MINUTES EARLY - ENSURE YOUR PLAYERS COME COMPLETELY
DRESSED WITH THE CORRECT UNIFORM. - HAVE YOUR PARENTS COMPLETE THEIR ORDER
FORM BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. - ENVELOPES MUST HAVE THE EXACT CHANGE
ENCLOSED IF PAYING BY CASH. - ORDERS MUST BE PAID ON PHOTODAY!
- LATE ORDERS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $10 LATE
ORDER CHARGE. - WE CANNOT START PHOTOGRAPHING
A TEAM UNTIL ALL FORMS ARE COMPLETED AND
EVERYONE IS THERE.
