What should we do on Photo Day?
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled photo time.
- It is important to have all players present by the time your team is scheduled to have photos taken.
- Your player must hand the photo order envelope to the photographer at the time the photo is taken so we can make necessary notations to merge data and the image.
- If you make your choices early and have the payment enclosed, we will be able to stay on schedule.

A: Teams and players are photographed on time and in an organized manner.
- We photograph a team, including individuals, every 8 minutes
- We collect order envelopes from the players at the time they are photographed
- We do not allow other cameras around the photographer and crew

A: You get the photos in record time!
- We print photos the day after they are taken
- We assemble photos, enclosing them in their order envelope with a reorder form
- We bundle and label photos of each team for easy distribution to coaches, who will deliver them to your child
